Francisca Santini is a seasoned educator currently serving as a university professor at Universidad de los Andes since March 2024, focusing on language development in early education. In addition, Francisca holds the position of Academic Subdirector at Fundación Astoreca since August 2023. Prior to these roles, Francisca gained extensive experience as an elementary educator and native language tutor at Boulder Valley School District from January 2022 to July 2023, and served as the Head of the Humanities Department as well as a language and communication teacher at Fundación Astoreca from March 2015 to February 2021. Francisca holds a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis on Literacy Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, a course in Specialist in Dyslexia and Literacy from Diverlexia, and a Bachelor's degree in Basic General Education with a focus on Language and Communication from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
