Richard Shenghua Richard Shenghua (升华) is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in data platforms and scalable data solutions. Currently serving as Founder, Principal Engineer & Architect at Fundamenta, Richard is dedicated to simplifying complex engineering challenges in data. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Engineering at Virgin Media O2, where Richard expanded a data platform team significantly, and Director at Rocketech, focusing on customer-centric data solutions. Richard has a strong background in Google Cloud Platform as demonstrated in previous positions at Datatonic, Pearson, and JUST EAT. Additionally, Richard has held leadership roles at MVF and Awin Global, contributing to award-winning projects and engineering excellence. Richard holds a Master's degree with distinction in Computer Science and Mobile Computing from the University of Bradford.
