James Clelland

James Clelland is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in investment and real estate. Currently, James serves as an Associate and Analyst at Fundamental Income since August 2021. In addition, James is the Founder and Manager of CVC Bluegill Investments LLC, a venture established in June 2020 to invest in marketable securities on behalf of other members. Previous roles include a Real Estate Intern at CM Capital from March 2019 to April 2020, and various internships at Acacia Capital and Communities Southwest, where significant contributions were made in financial analysis and real estate research. James holds a degree from Santa Clara University, attended from 2017 to 2021, and completed education at Brophy College Prep from 2014 to 2017.
