Customer Care Lead at FundEasy

Crystal Hoag has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Crystal began their career at Life Network in 2006, where they worked as an Events Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated fundraising events, maintained a donor database, and participated in donor acquisition and communication. In 2012, Crystal joined FundEasy, where they initially served as a Sales & Marketing Team Lead. Crystal then transitioned into a Customer Care Lead position, where they oversaw and trained new members of the Customer Care Team. Crystal'sresponsibilities included creating and maintaining resources for customers, managing content on marketing websites, hosting webinars, and representing the company at conferences. Crystal also contributed to the company blog, automated sales and onboarding emails/videos, and participated in various marketing activities. In 2013, Crystal worked at Country Winds Creamery as a Cheese Monger.

Crystal Hoag attended Pikes Peak State College from 2008 to 2009, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Grand Rapids Community College from 2004 to 2006, focusing on General Studies. Crystal also attended Kuyper College from 2002 to 2003, studying Biblical Studies.
