Eylem Atılgan

Eylem Atılgan has a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Eylem founded CONEXUS INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT in 2019, specializing in technology and engineering profiles for middle-senior management roles. In 2022, they joined funded.club as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Lead Recruiter, providing startup recruitment services globally. Prior to that, they served as the Country Manager Turkey and Regional Manager Middle East & Africa at CoberonChronos from 2014 to 2019. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Business Excellence & Operations Manager at Randstad Turkey. Eylem also gained valuable experience working at Coberon Chronos Consulting as the Global Recruitment Manager EMEA&LATAM from 2006 to 2010 and at Randstad España as a Senior Recruitment/Sales Consultant from 2003 to 2006. Throughout their career, Eylem Atılgan has demonstrated their ability to expand businesses, create high-performing teams, and achieve targets in record time.

Eylem Atılgan completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Istanbul University between 1994 and 1999. Eylem graduated from Özel İstek Uluğbey Lisesi as a High School Graduate from 1986 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for External Recruiters" and "Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters" from LinkedIn in August 2022, as well as the "Targeted Selection / Behavioral Interviewing" certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in November 2013.
