Naveh Susman

Naveh Susman has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Teaching Assistant and Personal and Group Instructor at Ruppin Academic Center from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they also served as the Dean of Students and provided guidance and support to mentally impaired students and taught statistics and SPSS to private students as well as in the department of promoting students from the Arab society.

In 2020, Naveh joined Closing Ranks as a Human Resources & Operations Manager, where they took charge of candidate recruitment, CV screening, interviewing, and managing the employee life cycle. Naveh also handled administrative tasks and maintained communication with internal and external organizations.

Later in 2020, Naveh joined GoTech, where they worked as a Human Resources & Admin professional. In this role, they developed an HR infrastructure, implemented various HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, feedback, and assessment processes, and established an Internship Program. Naveh led the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting hiring managers in building teams.

Currently, Naveh is working as an HR Recruiter at FundGuard, starting in 2021.

Naveh Susman earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ruppin Academic Center, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
