Irene Rizzo

Irene Rizzo has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they completed a traineeship at Centro Studi Logos, where they observed, administered psychological tests, and wrote reports on patients. In 2015, they participated in the EUROSCOLA project at the European Parliament, where they discussed issues related to the European Union. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an HR Recruiter at Aldia Cooperativa Sociale, where they assisted professionals in the personnel office with recruitment and selection, as well as the training of new personnel. Currently, they are an HR Recruiter at Jobtech.

Irene Rizzo has a long history of education. Irene obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Messina in 2015-2018. Irene then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from ALMA LABORIS Business School in 2021-2022. In 2018, they also obtained an ESB Entry 3 Level Certificate in ESOL International All Modes (B1 CEFR) from the British Institutes. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Work and Organizations Psychology from the University of Pavia in 2018-2020.
