We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager, Payments for Indonesia or Singapore. You'll drive daily payment operations and are passionate about ensuring the operations of our fast-growing business run smoothly. You have an eye for details and ability to get things done quickly, whilst at the same time making improvements to continually enhance and streamline operations. You will be responsible across the APAC region with markets Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia and reporting to the Head of FinOps.

What you will do:

  • Be in charge of day-to-day operations to ensure payouts, refunds and reconciliation of payments is done on time with 100% accuracy.
  • Be the primary contact point for daily operations (across functions - product, data, commercial, compliance etc) and manage the feedback loop across teams to resolve operational gaps and recurring issues.
  • Lead monthly financial and regulatory reporting for our payment partners and regulatory bodies, including assisting with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with our third party operational partners (banks, network partners, payment processors and other fintechs), including maintenance of internal policies / SOPs and knowledge base of policy changes across partners.
  • Suggest and implement product/process design enhancements that will streamline and improve operations, including for new market or product launches.
  • Adhere to our risk management framework and ensure operational compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Create analytical reports on the company’s financial operations to guide strategy on margin improvements, and partner with the Data team to ensure accuracy of these reports.
