Ruminder Dhillon

Ruminder (Romi) Dhillon is an accomplished entrepreneur and venture capitalist with extensive experience in founding and managing multiple investment funds. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Carry Venture Capital since July 2022, Dhillon focuses on seed-stage investments in innovative companies in North Carolina. Dhillon also co-founded the Arizona Founders Fund in 2016 and the Sonoran Founders Fund in 2020, supporting early-stage technology initiatives in their respective regions. Current investment roles include participation in various startups such as Bristles, Rivia Health, FundMiner, Talli®, Right-Hand Cybersecurity, and Jump. In addition to investment activities, Dhillon serves as a mentor in the Fuqua Mentored Study Program at Duke University. Educational background includes a Master's degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Emory University, among other qualifications.
