Wesley Ling

Wesley Ling has extensive work experience in the Human Resources and Learning & Development fields. Wesley began their career in 2009 as a Food and Beverage Trainee at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. Wesley then worked as a Concierge Trainee at the Grand Ambassador Seoul associated with Pullman in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, where they held three roles: Assistant Manager - Learning & Development, Assistant Manager - Cafe, and Corporate Leadership Trainee. In 2016, they worked as a Learning & Development Manager and Assistant Learning & Development Manager at Ovolo Hotels, as well as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, Senior Learning & Development Manager, and Learning & Development Manager at Marco Polo Hotels - Hong Kong. Most recently, they have been a Director of Talent & Culture at Carlyle & Co. since 2019, and will begin working as Human Resources Director at FundPark in 2022.

Wesley Ling has an education history that includes a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University from 2015 to 2017, and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2009 to 2012.
