Jen Duckett

Customer Success Manager at Fundraise Up

Jen Duckett has a long history of work experience in the art and museum industry. Jen began their career in 2012 as a Cunningham Center Student Assistant at Smith College Museum of Art. In 2013, they were an Art Business Intern at R. Michelson Galleries and a School Programs Intern at the Guggenheim Museum. In 2014, they were an Education Assistant at the Concord Museum, a Visitor Services Assistant at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and an Auction Assistant at Skinner, Inc. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in various roles, including Gallery Learning Educator, Coordinator of School Partnerships and Teacher Programs, and Studio Art Program Coordinator. In 2021, they joined Mentor Collective as a Customer Success Manager, Senior Partnerships Associate, and Partnerships Associate. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Fundraise Up.

Jen Duckett attended Tufts University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Museum Education. Jen previously attended Smith College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art Jen'story and French. During their time at Smith College, Jen Duckett also participated in a Junior Year Abroad program at Universit\u00e9 Paris-Sorbonne in 2012-2013.
