Semyon Fedin has eight years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Semyon began their career in 2016 as a Consultant (Industrial & Logistic) at ALTA Personnel Recruitment Agency. In 2017, they became a Consultant (FMCG & IT) at In Job and an HRM at DPD in Russia (Armadillo Business Parcel). In 2018, they took on the role of HRG at YLab and IT Recruiter at Adelphi Executive Search & Recruitment. In 2019, they became an HRM at Rutube. In 2021, they were hired as a Senior IT Recruiter at OZON.ru and Head of People at Fundraise Up.
