C. Albert Thompson

C. Albert Thompson has extensive work experience in software engineering and research. C. Albert currently holds the position of Principal Software Engineer at Fundrise since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Lead Software Engineer at ID.me from February to June 2022.

Thompson's most significant role was at Ford Motor Company, where they served as a Software Engineer Supervisor from April 2021 to January 2022. In this role, they led a team of 8 engineers and developed tools to enable Site Reliability Engineering across the company. C. Albert also worked as a Lead Software Engineer from June 2020 to April 2021 and as a Senior Software Product Engineer from April 2018 to June 2020 at Ford.
