Leanne Dixon has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Leanne began their career as a Performance Management Officer at Rossendale Borough Council. In 2008, they moved to Covalent Software Limited, where they held three positions: New Business/Account Manager, Presales and Account Manager, and Account Manager. In 2016, they joined Avetta as a Strategic Account Manager, EMEA. Most recently, they have been with Funeral Guide since 2017, where they are currently the Operations Manager and Head of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for the Customer Success team and educating clients on the benefits of reviews. Leanne also manages the industry's largest clients, implements production adoption strategies, and introduces tools to support the on-boarding processes and management of clients. Additionally, they collate and presents key metrics to the executive team, and influences feature development.

Leanne Dixon began their education at Hollingworth High School, where they completed their high school degree from 1991 to 1996. Leanne then attended Hopwood Hall College from 1996 to 1998, studying Information Technology, Physical Education, and Biology. Finally, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from The University of Salford in 2002.
