Sravanthi Sankranthi is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in leading global recruitment initiatives. As Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Fungible, Inc (now part of Microsoft Inc) from August 2019 to July 2022, Sravanthi successfully expanded the team from 50 to 120 members across multiple countries while collaborating with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with departmental needs. Previously, Sravanthi served as HR Manager at ADVAITA Technologies CORP, overseeing visa processes and candidate placements, and held similar managerial roles at MAGMA SOLUTIONS INDIA LTD and CBSI Global, where expertise in recruitment and employee relations was developed. Sravanthi holds a Master of Arts in History from Osmania University, where a gold medal was earned, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Sociology, and Administration from St Ann's Degree College For Women.
