Talal Al Samahiji started their work experience in 2014 as a Digital Media Intern at The Coca-Cola Company. During their role, they built a content generation and social ad distribution network and collaborated with influencers to drive marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 consumer brands.

In 2015, Talal joined White Palm as a Gamification Consultant. Talal was responsible for designing and implementing Gamification applications using the Funifier Gamification Engine. Talal also transformed existing education success programs into an effective revenue acquisition and user engagement platform.

In 2016, Talal moved to Funifier Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. Talal developed Funification Learning Programs using the Funifier Gamification Engine and delivered them as certified workshops and conferences across the MENA region. Talal utilized game techniques based on the Octalysis Framework to enhance customer and employee experiences in corporate businesses for achieving desired results.

Talal Al Samahiji began their education history in 2010 at the University of Bahrain, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services. Talal attended the university for four years, completing their degree in 2014. In 2014, they furthered their education at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on the mechanisms of gamification. During this time, they studied the deconstruction of games, motivation, and psychology. Talal completed their studies at the University of Pennsylvania in 2015. In 2015, Talal Al Samahiji engaged in further education at Yukai Chou - Octalysis Framework, where they obtained a Level 1 certification in gamification. Their education history demonstrates a focus on gamification and the application of motivation and psychology in the field.
