Enrico D'Amelio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Enrico began their career as a Marketing Intern at Vans in 2011, where they managed athletes and bands, coordinated events, and handled warehousing and samples management. Enrico then moved on to Testronic Labs in 2012, where they worked as a QA Localisation Tester, ensuring software met industry standards before release. In 2013, Enrico joined Omnifone as a Music Content Editor, responsible for managing digital music service contents, coordinating promotion of new releases, and maintaining day-to-day contact with major and indie labels. Enrico then transitioned to Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in 2018, initially as a Customer Sales and Support Advisor for Italy, and later as an Inside Sales Advisor. In these roles, they entered and maintained sales orders, ensured order entry accuracy, and provided relevant information to sales managers and dealers. Currently, Enrico works at Funko as an EMEA Order Entry Co-ordinator starting from February 2020, where their responsibilities include managing order entry for the EMEA region.

Enrico D'Amelio completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Enrico then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Economics and Management for Arts, Music, and Entertainment at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2009 to 2012. In 2010, they also briefly studied Economics and Management at the University of Sydney.
