Valerie Fabbro

Valerie Fabbro has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Valerie recently joined Funko as an Associate General Counsel in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gap Inc. from January 2020 to June 2022, holding positions as Director, Senior Counsel and Director, Counsel. Before their role at Gap Inc., Valerie was employed at The Topps Company as an Associate General Counsel from February 2018 to January 2020, and as an Assistant General Counsel from December 2015 to January 2018. Valerie also worked briefly at Privateer Holdings as a Corporate Counsel from May 2015 to December 2015. Valerie started their career at The Wendy's Company, where they served as Director, Corporate Counsel from April 2012 to May 2015, and as a Staff Attorney from February 2011 to April 2012. Before joining The Wendy's Company, they worked as an Attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from June 2009 to February 2011.

Valerie Fabbro's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Italian in 2002. Valerie then pursued their legal studies at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University from 2003 to 2006, earning their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Following this, Valerie attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, from 2007 to 2008, where they specialized in International Law and Legal Studies and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
