Alberto Cabral Zesati

Alberto Cabral Zesati is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Funky Chunky since January 2022, Alberto focuses on the operational success of the chocolate confectionery company within the Private Equity Division of Consolidated Investment Group, where Alberto previously held the position of General Manager/Plant Manager from August 2016 to January 2022. Alberto's expertise also includes a role as Operations Manager at Mission Foods Mexico in 2016, overseeing manufacturing and maintenance, and as Operations Manager at GRUMA in Malaysia from 2008 to 2014, where responsibilities included directing all operational departments and managing the export of frozen foods. Alberto holds a degree in Mechanics from Universidad Regiomontana S.C., completed between 1998 and 2001.
