Jordyn McCready, CCSM, has a wealth of work experience, beginning with an ESL Teacher role at ACLE in 2009. In 2011, they held an Event Coordinator Internship at Red Frog Events and an Assistant Race Director role at JB Sports, LLC. McCready then joined the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce in 2013 as the Director of Member Services, where they managed recruitment and retention of Chamber members and oversaw all member programming borough-wide. In 2016, they moved to the National Kidney Foundation as a Senior Development Manager and Development Manager, where they developed the country's largest Kidney Walk and increased event revenue by $265,000 within the first six months of employment. McCready then joined Industrious in 2018 as a Customer Success and Implementation Manager, Enterprise and Community Manager. In 2020, they moved to Equiem as the Head of Customer Success, North America, Customer Success Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager. Finally, in 2023, they became the Manager of Implementations at Funnel Leasing.
Jordyn McCready attended the University of New Hampshire from 2005-2009, where they obtained a degree in Psychology with a focus in Justice Studies. In 2007, they attended John Cabot University for a period of time. In 2019, they began an online course at Purdue University in Project Management Essentials. In May 2020, they were certified as a Certified Customer Success Manager by SuccessHACKER.
