What you’ll be doing: 🗓

Seeking a Lead Generation Operations Campaign Manager to play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimising lead generation campaigns tailored to Funnel Fuel’s client base. This individual will leverage data-driven strategies to enhance lead quality, increase conversion rates, and support our clients' business growth.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation campaign management strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Utilise analytics tools within a lead operating platform to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor and execute on weekly lead pacing targets.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine and improve campaign strategies based on data analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Investigate and address lead rejections.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement innovative solutions for lead generation.
  • Create and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and maximise ROI.
  • Advocate for customer success and ensure the highest quality customer experience.

What you’ll need: 🧰

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation campaign management role.
  • Proven record in managing and optimising B2B lead generation campaigns, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proficiency with lead operating management platforms, i.e. Convertr
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Ideally a degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.

Interview process:

  • 1st stage - 30 mins over google meet with the hiring manager
  • 2nd stage / Final - 1 hour in-person at our Southwark office for a deeper dive into skills and role.

Office time: Tuesday to Thursday in our London office near Southwark tube station

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
