Jayne W. has an extensive work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they worked as a Family Planning Intern at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. In 2011, they were a TORCH Program Intern at NARAL Pro-Choice America. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Year Up in various roles, including Manager of Operations & Strategic Projects, Program Manager, Corporate Relations Coordinator, Founding Associate Director of Employer Based Program, and Associate Director of Internship Services. In 2015, they also worked as a Career Program Manager at The Posse Foundation. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC in the roles of Chief People & Impact Officer and Chief Of Staff. Currently, they are the Head of People at Fur.
