Karen Dudash

Karen Dudash has a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, and finance management. Karen began their career in 2004 as a Sales Associate at Ertle Cars. In 2005, they took on the role of Sales Manager at Columbus Motor Company, where they were primarily responsible for finance office tasks. Karen then moved to North Point Volvo in 2007, where they assisted in achieving the 2010 Volvo Presidents Club Award. In 2012, they took on the role of Sales Manager at Volvo of Nashville. For the next four years, they worked as a Sales Manager and Finance Manager at Darrell Waltrip Automotive, where they helped lead the team to two record-breaking years. In 2016, they joined Sonic Automotive as a Sales and Finance Manager and then in 2020, they took on an interim role as a Call Center Manager at CloudOne. Finally, in 2021, they joined FUSE Autotech as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Karen Dudash obtained an Associates Degree in Paralegal from Harcum College. Karen also holds a certification from EasyCare Finance & Insurance.
