Marcel Șendrea

Marcel Șendrea has extensive work experience in the field of design. Marcel is currently the Director of Product Design at Fuselab Creative since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Crunchyroll from May 2018 to November 2022 as a Senior Design Program Manager. During their time at Crunchyroll, they established an agile design culture and collaborated with various teams to define and facilitate design programs.

Before Crunchyroll, Marcel worked at Ellation as the Head of UI Department from January 2017 to April 2018. Marcel was responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of designers. Marcel also improved the design process and collaborated with stakeholders to enhance the user experience of the VOD content.

Prior to Ellation, Marcel held the position of Head of UX/UI Department at YOPESO from October 2015 to April 2017. Marcel built and managed a distributed team of designers and implemented a design operation to improve efficiency and quality. Marcel also oversaw the design life cycle and provided support during implementation.

Marcel's previous roles include working as a UX/UI Designer at Mixbook from October 2015 to April 2017, a UI/UX Designer at PeerSpace from May 2014 to May 2015, and a UI/UX Designer at CleverTech from May 2009 to May 2014. Marcel also had contract roles as a Web&Graphic Designer at E-afacere from May 2008 to June 2009 and as a Freelance Web and Graphic Designer from August 2007 to May 2008. Additionally, they gained experience as a Web designer intern at Lounge Lizard from January 2007 to July 2007.
