Dave Buckland

Dave Buckland is an accomplished operations and consulting leader with extensive experience in talent optimization and business planning. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Fusion Alliance since January 2021, Buckland also holds the position of President at BoilerBuck Solutions. Previous roles include Director of Consulting Services at AXIA Consulting, where talent recruitment and client consulting were key responsibilities, and Vice President at Fusion Alliance, overseeing various operational sectors and budget management. Buckland began their career at Whittman-Hart as a Manager, providing strategic IT consulting to middle market and enterprise clients.
