Bruce Wakelee has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and support. Bruce began their career in 1996 at DeVore Technologies, where they served as a Helpdesk team leader, handling support cases, training new employees, and creating documentation. Bruce then moved on to PC Importers in 1997, working on the PC Helpdesk. From 1998 to 2001, Bruce worked at Verio, providing local and wide area network support, specializing in IP management, T1 circuit troubleshooting, and DNS management. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Expedient Data Centers as a Network Engineer/Field Services, responsible for WAN design, network installation and support, network security systems, and hardware troubleshooting. Bruce then joined First Communications in 2008, where they worked as a Network Engineer, designing voice and data solutions and maintaining network communications. Currently, they are employed at FusionConnectSM as a Voice and Data Engineering, responsible for designing and maintaining network communications.
Bruce Wakelee attended Jane Addams BCC from 1987 to 1989, where they focused on computer repair. However, they did not complete a degree program during this time.
