Director Of Customer Operations at Fusion Connect

Isac Giackero has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Isac currently works at Fusion Connect, where they started in 2018 as a Tier II Team Lead, Technical Support until June 2020. Isac then became the Access Support Manager until January 2021, and currently holds the position of Escalation Team Manager.

Prior to their role at Fusion Connect, Isac worked at Birch Communications for two years starting in 2016 as a Tier II Technical Support, and before that as a Tier I Technical Support from 2015 to 2016.

Before their experiences in the telecommunications industry, Isac was a Technical Office Engineer at Alkan CIT Ethiopia from 2010 to 2013. Isac also worked as a Lead Consultant at Yesihak IT, Plc. from 2009 to 2010.

Isac gained early experience working in various IT roles. Isac served as an IT Technician at ABA Construction from 2008 to 2009, Ethio Geosonda from February 2008 to August 2008, and at All Wheel PLC in 2007.

Throughout their career, Isac has demonstrated a breadth of technical expertise and progressively advanced in their roles, ultimately becoming a valuable asset in the telecommunications industry.

Isac Giackero completed a CCNA degree in Cisco at Kennesaw State University - Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Gage Information and Technology College from 2005 to 2008, without completing a specific degree in Information Technology. Additionally, Isac has also attended Tegbarid Technical & Vocational Education College for an unspecified period, where they studied Information Technology.
