Keith Soldan

Keith Soldan is the current Chief Financial Officer at Fusion. Keith has held this position since August of 2018. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer and EVP at Fusion Connect from March 2017 to April 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Accounting at Birch Communications from July 2005 to April 2014. Keith began their career as a Financial Analyst at Spherion from January 2001 to December 2003. Keith then became a Senior Financial Analyst at Turner Broadcasting from January 2003 to December 2005. In March 2014, they became the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Internap, and they held that position until March 2017.

Keith Soldan has an MBA in finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in finance and economics from The University of Georgia, a BBA in finance from University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, a BBA in finance from The University of Georgia, and a BS in finance from Univerisity of Georgia.

Keith Soldan reports to Brian Crotty, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Michael Miller - Chief Information Officer, John Dobbins - Chief Operating Officer, and Mario Deriggi - Chief Revenue Officer.
