Director Customer Operations at Fusion Connect

Marc Knight has a solid work experience history, starting in 2005 as an Expediter / Asst. Purchasing at Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply. In 2009, they joined MaximumASP as a Support Engineer and later moved to Cbeyond as a Sr Cloud Services Engineer. At Cbeyond, Marc worked their way up to becoming Manager of the System Operations Center. In 2013, they joined Birch Communications as the Manager of Cloud Server Support, a position they held until 2020 when they transitioned to Fusion Connect. At Fusion Connect, Marc initially served as Cloud Server Support Manager and was recently promoted to Director of Customer Operations.

Marc Knight obtained an Associates degree in Applied Business with a specialization in Computer Networking from Brown Mackie of Louisville between 2007 and 2009.
