Rick currently works at Fusion Connect as the Manager of Data Analysis and Process, where they are responsible for overseeing data analysis and process improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Analyst at the same company.

From 1998 to 2001, they worked at BTI as a Network Engineer and a Translations Engineer, where they managed advanced telecommunications routing and introduced new processes for switch changes.

Rick's career started at Sprint in 1997, where they worked in Translations and became proficient in DMS100 and DMS10 family switches.

Rick began their professional career in 1993 at SIECOR as a Fiber QC Associate, responsible for measuring and verifying physical and optical qualities of fiber optic cables.

Overall, Rick Renard has extensive experience in data analysis, process improvement, network operations, and telecommunications routing.

Rick Renard PMP holds a Master's Degree in Applied Physics from Appalachian State University, which they obtained in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Western Carolina University in 1993. In 2017, Rick obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
