Vice President Financial Operations at Fusion Connect

Toby Wyckoff has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Toby is currently the Director of Customer Care and Billing at Fusion Connect, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, Toby worked at Windstream Communications as a Staff Manager for Dispute Initiation from 2017 to 2021.

Before Windstream, Toby held multiple roles at EarthLink, including Dispute Manager from 2015 to 2021 and Carrier Revenue Assurance Manager from 2014 to 2015. Toby also worked at XO Communications as a Telco Audit Analyst IV from 2013 to 2014, and at Level 3 Communications as a Netex Analyst from 2010 to 2013.

Toby's early work experience includes internships at Xerox in 2008 and 2007, where they served as a NAF Intern.

Toby Wyckoff attended Ithaca College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
