Livia Coman

Livia Coman is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in cryogenic and vacuum systems, currently employed at Fusion for Energy since March 2023. Previously, Livia held multiple engineering roles, including Mechanical Design Engineer at CERN from September 2020 to August 2022, and MRB Stress Engineer and Materials and Process Engineer at GKN Aerospace from February 2018 to June 2020. Livia's early career included positions as an Aerospace Design Engineer at GECI International, and internships at the European Space Agency and the Romanian Space Agency. Livia holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
