Jessica Koch

Jessica Koch is the current Director of Human Resources at Fusion Medical Staffing. Jessica has over 20 years of experience in staffing and human resources management. Jessica started their career in 1997 as a Logistics Account Manager at C.H. Robinson. Jessica then moved to Aureus Medical Group in 2005, where they were a Staffing Coordinator and Team Lead. In October 2013, Jessica took on the role of HR and Staffing Manager at Energy Pioneer Solutions. Jessica left that company in February 2015 to take their current position at Fusion Medical Staffing.

Jessica Koch has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Jessica also has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Iowa Western Community College. Jessica has a High School Diploma from Charter Oak-Ute Community School in Charter Oak, IA. Jessica also has certification from LinkedIn in Dealing with Microaggression as an Employee and certification from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SHRM, CP.

They work with Tara Sprakel - Chief Marketing Officer, Dustin Ninemire - Director of Fusion Workforce Solutions and Business Development, and Brittany Lidgett - Director of Compliance. Jessica Koch reports to Steve Koesters, President & CEO.
