John Guthery, CFA has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. John began their career in 1996 as the Senior Vice President, Head of Product Research and Due Diligence at LPL Financial. In 2014, they moved to W. P. Carey Inc. as the Senior Vice President, where they designed, built and distributed registered and private investment vehicles. In 2017, they became the Managing Director and Consultant at Provasi Capital Partners, where they repositioned and refocused the platform of middle market credit, CLO, global macro and real estate debt vehicles. In 2018, they joined Voya Financial as the Head of Research, Due-Diligence and Product – Retail Wealth Management, where they developed and repositioned the Voya Financial Advisors’ alternative investment platform. In 2020, they moved to Park Avenue Securities as the Head of Research, Due-Diligence, Products and Platforms, where they implemented the first significant advisory and investment platform enhancements in almost a decade. Currently, they are the Chief Investment Officer at FusionIQ.
