Eric Lammers has worked for Volkswagen Financial Services (China) since 2018, first as Head of Sales Strategy & Planning and then as Senior Project Management Officer. In their role as Head of Sales Strategy & Planning, they were in charge of incentive schemes for cooperating dealers, sales steering, target setting and tracking, the bonus scheme for sales managers, and anti fraud management. Eric also set up a new business intelligence environment for sales related information and managed a project to drive the digital transformation of the company. As Senior Project Management Officer, they developed regional sales strategies to address diverse customer preferences and established the "Capital City Program" to improve sales in Tier one and two cities. Eric also took care of one of the company's top 30 most important business partners and doubled their joint sales volume within one year.

Prior to working for Volkswagen Financial Services (China), Eric Lammers worked for Volkswagen Financial Services from 2013-2018 in various roles. These roles included Senior Consultant, Risk Manager, and Student Trainee. As Senior Consultant, they were responsible for validating and developing VWFSAG's global corporate rating models and they established a new department serving internal and external regulatory as a replacement for a conventional risk management department.

Eric Lammers obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Banking from WelfenAkademie e. V. between 2013 and 2016. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2021, they obtained a Learning Python certification from LinkedIn.
