Tuukka Ahoniemi is a seasoned technology executive and leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Tuxera since September 2019, Ahoniemi focuses on creating embedded storage management software for major global companies. In addition, Ahoniemi is a member of the Board of Directors at RAYA, a prominent Finnish leisure and water sports provider in Southern Thailand, and a member of Future Board ry, which supports the growth of young professionals. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Strategy at The Qt Company, where responsibilities encompassed corporate strategy and product management, and roles at Digia involving sales engineering and technical training. Ahoniemi's academic credentials include a Doctor of Science and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Tampere University of Technology, complemented by a specialized qualification in Business Administration.

Future Board is a network for young company board members. Our mission is to create and develop future board knowledge and our dream is to be an international learning platform for future board work. We support and develop our members and the board work of the young generation. We educate young professionals and in the long term we are building a future with skilled board experts. Our organization was founded in 2012, first called as Hallitusjuniorit. We changed the name to Future Board in order to build an international network.
