Lalitha Giridhar

Lalitha Giridhar has a diverse range of work experience spanning over many years. Lalitha began their career as an Admin & HR Executive at Hauer Diana Group of Companies in 1988, where they gained essential skills and knowledge in telephone etiquette and business etiquette. Lalitha then moved on to work as a Lecturer in Commerce at Osmania College for Women from 1992 to 1996.

In 1996, Lalitha became a partner and Business Development Director at Saketh Homes, where they played a crucial role in the sale of apartments and contributed significantly to the overall growth of the business. Lalitha then joined Precisoft Services Private Limited in 1999 as Deputy Manager - HR, where they built and managed a 60+ member medical transcription team and handled various HR-related tasks.

From 2003 to 2005, Lalitha worked as a freelance HR Panel member, participating in campus placements for a top Indian MNC. Lalitha then joined Future Focus Infotech Private Limited as a Manager - Internal Delivery from 2005 to 2008, responsible for recruiting and training a team of recruiters.

During this time, Lalitha also worked as an Associate Vice President - Business at Focus Management for a brief period in 2008. Lalitha later became an Independent Consultant, specializing in Behavioral Assessment Centers, Development Centers, and Corporate Training from 2008 to 2012. Lalitha utilized their expertise in behavioral assessments to identify learning and development needs in multinational organizations and provided training in public speaking and behavioral skills.

In 2012, Lalitha rejoined Future Focus Infotech Private Limited as a Senior Manager - Human Resources. Lalitha was later promoted to Vice President - Global HR in 2016 and then to their current role as Senior Vice President - Global HR, Personnel & General Administration in July 2021. In these positions, Lalitha has utilized their skills in HR analytics to make strategic decisions impacting the organization's bottom line. Lalitha has also played a key role in designing and implementing competency-based hiring and performance monitoring systems.

Lalitha Giridhar has a diverse education history. Lalitha attained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Madras between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Human Relations from Pondicherry University from 2005 to 2007. Lalitha also holds a MCom degree in Commerce, Accounts, and Economics from the University of Madras, which they completed from 1989 to 1991. Earlier in their education, they obtained a BCom degree in Commerce from SIET Women's College from 1985 to 1988. Lastly, Lalitha completed their Pre-School to Standard 10 education at Karnataka Sangha School from 1970 to 1983. Aside from their formal education, they have acquired additional certifications, such as becoming an Independent Director through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, IICA in January 2021. Lalitha has also obtained certifications in Strategic Human Resources and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers through LinkedIn, and they became a CII HR Excellence Panel Member as a Senior Assessor through the Confederation of Indian Industry in 2014.
