Lalitha Giridhar has a diverse range of work experience spanning over many years. Lalitha began their career as an Admin & HR Executive at Hauer Diana Group of Companies in 1988, where they gained essential skills and knowledge in telephone etiquette and business etiquette. In 2012, Lalitha rejoined Future Focus Infotech Private Limited as a Senior Manager - Human Resources. Lalitha was later promoted to Vice President - Global HR in 2016 and then to their current role as Senior Vice President - Global HR, Personnel & General Administration in July 2021. Lalitha also holds a MCom degree in Commerce, Accounts, and Economics from the University of Madras, which they completed from 1989 to 1991. Lastly, Lalitha completed their Pre-School to Standard 10 education at Karnataka Sangha School from 1970 to 1983.
