Mirella Hilgenkamp is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Project Management and Human Resources at Future Insight Group since September 2016, Mirella has successfully led various data, process, and tool projects while fostering team cooperation and energy. Prior experience includes roles such as Secretaris at Tobias Sybesma Foundation, Facilitator at Monkeypod Academy BV, and Project Process Improvement Officer at Vattenfall, where Mirella was integral in implementing project management models and overseeing project portfolios. Earlier career highlights also encompass managing a service desk team at NKI and working in sales at Kelly Services. Mirella holds a Master's degree in Facility Management from De Haagse Hogeschool and an HBO in Facility Management from Hanze University.
