What you'll be doing…

Our Client Success Executive oversees all aspects of projects, including managing people resources, and tasks, while supporting Client Success Managers on larger projects. Your role is to ensure that project goals are achieved on time and within budget, contributing to the campaign's overall success. As the primary post-sale contact for clients at Future, delivering exceptional customer service is crucial for maintaining client relationships.

You will report to the Client Success Director manage the communication with partners throughout the project and keep projects on track, following the established brief and timeline. This involves proactively monitoring progress, and addressing any potential challenges before they affect the project's success.

Conduct post-campaign analysis to provide valuable insights for sales representatives to present to clients. This analysis is important for demonstrating the effectiveness of the campaign and contributes to securing future bookings by highlighting successful outcomes and areas for improvement.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Have Experience conducting quarterly business reviews, detailing customers' adoption of and progress with the product.
  • Have a foundational understanding of marketing products, including print, digital, social media, newsletters, and events.
  • Track and manage projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Experience prioritising tasks and multitasking.
  • Proficient in writing campaign reports for all partners.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

The salary for this position is £24,000

This is a Hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home
