Gurvinder Sandhu

Gurvinder Sandhu is an accomplished professional in product and user experience design, currently serving as the Director of Product & UX at Future since August 2022. Previously, Gurvinder held significant roles including Head of User Experience & Research at GoCo Group, Senior Service Designer at John Lewis & Partners, and Global Head of Customer Experience Research & Design at Travelex. With a strong background in UX management and design, Gurvinder co-founded Phoenix UX, leading user experience efforts for prominent clients such as PayPal and Sony Playstation. An expert in conducting extensive user research and optimizing digital experiences, Gurvinder possesses a Master of Science in User Experience Design and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Development, both from the University of Brighton.
