Xanthe Judge

Xanthe Judge currently serves as the Head of Finance at Future since September 2022. Previously, Xanthe held positions such as Senior Finance Manager at Dyson from September 2021 to February 2023 and Associate Director of Accounting, Financial Reporting & Business Advisory at RSM UK between July 2019 and October 2021. Xanthe's career began at PwC, where after completing a three-year graduate training program, advancement to Senior Associate occurred in September 2010, overseeing small teams and managing client services for FTSE mid-tier and private equity firms. Prior experience includes Financial Controller and Financial Analyst roles at Sky from April 2012 to July 2019, focusing on Customer Management and Sales & Marketing, as well as a foundational education in Accounting and Finance, earning a BSc from the University of Birmingham in 2008.
