Saurabh Mathur is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Head Chef at Heartwood Collections since July 2023 and as Senior Sous Chef at The White Brasserie Co since February 2023. Saurabh Mathur also holds the position of Sous Chef at Brasserie Bar Co since November 2021 and has been an Assistant Manager at Future Group India since October 2018, overseeing operations at The Nadesar Palace.
