Mark Bryan, NCIDQ, Certified Futurist, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark is currently working at Future Today Institute as a Senior Foresight Manager, where they are responsible for developing and supporting client verticals in the built environment, design, retail, CPG, and hospitality. Mark manages end-to-end foresight projects, provides thought leadership, facilitates workshops, and conducts trend research. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Foresight Associate at the same company.
Before joining Future Today Institute, Mark worked at MA Design for ten years, starting as an Associate, Sr. Interior Designer, and Certified Futurist. During this time, they focused on bringing foresight and innovative design to clients and the organization. Mark later became the Director of Innovation + Research, where they further developed their expertise in incorporating foresight and innovation into client projects.
Mark's earlier experience includes working as a Designer, Environments at WD Partners from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer at Design Collective, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Mark also gained experience as a Designer at Loth in 2005 and as a Prof Co-Op at NBBJ in 2004.
With their extensive background in design, foresight, and innovation, Mark Bryan brings a valuable perspective to their role at Future Today Institute and has effectively contributed to the success of their previous employers.
Mark Bryan attended Seaford Senior High School from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they went on to obtain their Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Virginia Tech, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. In terms of certifications, Mark obtained the NCIDQ certification from NCIDQ in June 2013. Additionally, in February 2020, they became a Certified Futurist from the Institute for the Future.
