Nanique Dik

Nanique Dik is the current Head of People at Futurewhiz. Nanique has over eight years of experience in Human Resources, and has previously worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner, HR Project Manager, and Intern HR department. In their current role, they are responsible for performance management, providing career perspective, and defining and addressing individual and collective development opportunities. Nanique is also responsible for building the needed (digital / leadership) competencies or acquiring through strategic recruitment. Nanique has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Amsterdam.
