Stephen is leading FutureBrand’s brand-led customer experience offer to help the clients strengthen the link between brand purpose and the everyday experiences they give their customers. He’s especially interested in how they use brand as a lens in creating tangible and quantifiable outcomes for the clients’ customer or employee experiences.
