Erika Ladouceur

Erika Ladouceur has an extensive work experience. Erika began their career in 2008 as a Swashzone Fellow at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. In 2009, they were a Volunteer Research Assistant at the same institution. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant to the Sales Team at AML Oceanographic and as a Bilingual Client Services Analyst at Beanstream. From 2013 to 2014, they held two roles at the University of Alberta, Project Coordinator and Knowledge Translation Assistant. In 2014, they were a Head Coach, Youth and Family Programs at VI Paddling and a 2014-2015 Cohort at Leadership Victoria Society. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Lead Technical Recruiter at Priologic Software Inc. and from 2019 to 2021, they were a Head Coach at Ski de fond Montr\u00e9al. Her current role is Finance & Operations Manager and Analyst at FutureFit AI.

Erika Ladouceur attended the University of Victoria from 2010 to 2015. Erika then completed a 31 week Life Coaching Course at Mentor Coach LLC. In 2013, they obtained an Entry Level Competitive Coach (ELCC) certification from Canoe Kayak Canada in July. In 2020, they earned a NCCP Competition Development Coach certification from Nordiq Canada.
