Toby Thwaites is the Director of Design & Creative at Futureheads. Toby has over 6 years of experience in recruiting and resourcing within the creative industry. Toby has worked with some of the world's biggest brands including Burberry, where they spent 3 months as a resourcing advisor, focusing on the recruitment of freelance and permanent staff across digital and interactive design, user experience, front-end development, and motion graphics.

Toby Thwaites achieved a 2:1 degree in English Language (Linguistics) from the University of Kent.
