Katie Fensome has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 10 years. Katie is currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing at FutureLearn, where they lead customer acquisition and retention through digital channels. Their responsibilities include driving revenue for subscription, upgrade, and microcredential products, focusing on UX and SEO, and achieving strong results through paid, affiliate, and social channels. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Senior SEO & Content Manager at Smartbox Group for 4 years and as the Head of Content at Honchō for 2 years. Katie also gained experience as an Account Manager at We Are Social, where they worked on high-profile accounts such as Google, YouTube, and Tesco. In the early stages of their career, Katie interned as a Digital Account Management Intern at Feelingpeaky Ltd and worked as a Marketing Assistant at The Joshua Tree.
Katie Fensome's education history begins with their attendance at Cransley School from the years 2000 to 2005. Katie completed their GCSE's during this time.
