Shinae Bae (Kang)

Shinae (Kang) Bae has a strong background in the legal field, with experience in both large corporations and pro bono work. Shinae began their career at Allen & Overy as a Trainee Solicitor, where they gained experience in project finance, renewable energy, and drafting commercial contracts. Shinae then joined IRIS: Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services as a pro bono foreign lawyer, assisting refugees and immigrants in legal matters. Shinae then moved on to FutureLearn: Business and Management, where they served as a Legal Counsel, providing legal advice and support. Most recently, they worked at FutureLearn as the Head of Legal and Compliance, overseeing legal and compliance matters for the company.
