Polly Ash

Head Of Customer Care at FutureYou Cambridge

Polly Ash has held a variety of roles since 2014. Polly began working as a Box Office Assistant at Harrogate Theatre in 2014. In 2015, they took on two roles at the University of Leicester, Course Representative and Leicester Award. In the same year, they also began working with The Springboard Consultancy, taking part in the Sprint Women's Development Programme which helped their to grow in confidence and identify their skills, talents and values. In 2017, they began working at FutureYou Cambridge, taking on roles as Head of Customer Care, Customer Care Manager, Customer Care Team Lead, and Customer Service Associate.

Polly Ash obtained their Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester between 2013 and 2017. Prior to this, they completed their A-levels, AS-levels and GCSEs at Rossett School between 2007 and 2013. In July 2018, they also obtained the certification of Mental Health First Aid Champion from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
